Our plans for the week...

As promised, a quick update from me today. We have three ATP tournaments taking place this week and I expect to be betting in the match markets over the next couple of days.

We have an Outright Winner selection in the book at a good price, with Benoit Paire backed at 25/1 or 20/1 Each Way last night. He plays his opening match in the ATP Montpellier event this evening (6pm UK time).

I’ll be keeping a close eye on the match schedules each week, to make sure I get any picks & advice to you in as much time as possible. We got on Paire in the Outright Winner market a good 20 hours before his first match, so in terms of time-keeping we’ve made a calm start there.

On the match betting front I’m more likely to be in touch with you on the morning of a match, or the night before. I’ll always do my best to email you with as much notice as possible, once I have the markets & prices at my disposal.

With that in mind I’ll email you again tomorrow (Tuesday) with the latest.

With three tournaments starting today I’m keeping an eye on the early form in the other two events, ATP Quito and ATP Sofia...

In Quito, Ecuador – the 37-year-old Victor Estrella Burgos is going for a fourth straight title. Estrella Burgos was a 12/1 Ones to Watch winner for us here last year, and starts his campaign against Thomaz Bellucci tonight – who can be a bit of a loose cannon. Bellucci hasn’t been seen since the US Open at the end of last summer, so is even more of an unknown quantity than usual right now.

Estrella Burgos has had to beat Bellucci in some tight matches on the way to each of his three back-to-back ATP Quito titles. I’m interested to see how that match pans out this evening (scheduled approx. 11.30pm UK time).

I’ll be back tomorrow with more...

Enjoy the tennis...

Best wishes,
