Our 40/1 outsider in the quarter finals...
A quick update on our latest bets...
Yesterday was one to forget with both of my match picks going down. Kristyna Pliskova was well beaten, 6-2, 6-3 in Prague, and the in-form Camila Giorgi beat Sam Stosur by the same score – in a match where we were looking for a 3-set payout.
Some better news in the men’s though with our 40/1 Outright Winner pick for the ATP Estoril event, Roberto Carballes Baena, saving three match points in a row to eventually edge past upcoming Brit, Cameron Norrie.
Carballes Baena is into the quarter finals and was this morning down to 16/1 for the title.
In the top half of the Estoril draw, No.1 seed Kevin Anderson is out. The man who beat him – Greek youngster Stefanos Tsitsipas – is Carballes Baena’s next opponent.
The Spaniard is a 5/2 (3.50) match outsider this afternoon. But outsiders are what we’re all about. Our 40/1 shot has already proved himself to be value this week.
Next week, it’s the Madrid Masters and we’ll be on the hunt for big Each Way prices again.
P.S
Lookout on Monday morning for your French Open 2018 Ones to Watch report – I’ve got eight exciting players lined up for us at massive prices.
Enjoy the tennis...
Best wishes,
