Murray mounts comeback, Serena seeded…
I’m getting geared up for Wimbledon and there’s lots to talk about.
The sports pages are dominated by the World Cup at the moment, but there are a good few stories rumbling in the tennis world with the annual trip to the All England Club just days away…
Andy Murray is on the comeback trail and if he goes to Wimbledon it will be just his third tournament entry, after having been out injured for pretty much a whole year since Wimbledon last summer.
The seeds were announced today and there’s a slightly controversial decision with Serena Williams named as one of the 32 seeds in the women’s draw, meaning World No.32 Dominika Cibulkova gets knocked down the list and won’t be seeded.
