The most wonderful time of the year…
It’s day one of Wimbledon. One of the best days of the year in my opinion. As I’ve said before, I skip down the stairs on Grand Slam mornings like this, much as I did as a kid on Christmas Day.
This morning I have a little extra bounce in my step. I’m heading off to Wimbledon today, with a ticket for Centre Court. The grandstand schedule gives me Novak Djokovic, Emma Raducanu, and then Andy Murray. I’ll also be trawling the grounds and the outer courts to take in as much of the action as possible. And of course, I’ll be sure to park my bottom on the hallowed turf of ‘Henman Hill,’ too. This is all in the name of research, dear reader…
