Miami Open: Going in today at 28/1 and 50/1...

Monday 23rd March 2026

The Miami Open draws have tantalisingly opened up over the past few days…

In the men’s event, world no.1 Carlos Alcaraz was knocked out in the 3rd round; the biggest match win of his career so far for our recent 14/1 ATP Delray Beach winner, Sebastian Korda.

Our Ones to Watch pick Arthur Fils is on that side of the ATP Miami draw. And after a commanding 6-0, 6-1 win for the young Frenchman last night, along with Alcaraz leaving a big hole, Fils is now 20/1 at best for the title. We’re on at 80/1 - 66/1.

  • On the other side of the men’s drawsheet, reigning champ Jakub Mensik is in the book for us at 100/1 - 80/1. He’s now trading at 50/1 - 40/1…

In the women’s, there was another big upset early on, with Iga Swiatek beaten in the 2nd round by fellow Pole, Magda Linette.

With Swiatek gone, I want us to go in again on that side of the WTA Miami draw today, with two names from our Indian Wells selections last time out:

BELINDA BENCIC at 28/1, and SORANA CIRSTEA at 50/1.

Both have made the semi finals here in Miami before (in 2022 and 2023, respectively). And both women are playing with renewed purpose this season: Bencic aiming to hit new heights on the tour since becoming a mum, Cirstea looking to go out with a bang in what is set to be her retirement year…

What’s more, both Belinda and Sorana have winnable looking underdog assignments in the round of last 16 today, taking on Top 10 names - with quarter-final berths up for grabs…

Cirstea pushed Coca Gauff in their one previous meeting, taking the highly-ranked American youngster to three sets. More significantly, Coco continues to be inconsistent of late.

Bencic beat Amanda Anisimova in March last year, at Indian Wells. Again, the American crowd favourite is yet to hit previous heights in 2026. The head-to-head is 2-2.

With world no.3 and former Miami winner Swiatek already gone, and current Top 2, Aryna Sabalenka and Elena Rybakina, contesting the opposite side of the draw. We’ll take these prices for Bencic and Cirstea today.

Play starts at 3pm…
